About the Role
As a Technical Services Specialist based in Houston, TX, you will serve as the critical bridge between our technical expertise and the broader sales ecosystem. This role exists to ensure that every stakeholder—from sales teams and distributors to builders, contractors, and end owners—receives timely, accurate, and actionable technical support. Your work directly influences how we communicate product value and maintain compliance across complex regulatory landscapes.
In this position, you will not only answer inquiries but also drive a data-driven feedback loop that continuously improves our technical publications. You will collaborate closely with Installation Specialists and the Sales team to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and met. A key part of your day involves staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes (such as IBC/IRC, FBC, CBC, and CCMC), ensuring our products and strategies remain compliant and competitive in a dynamic market.
Team Context
You will report directly to the Technical Services Manager and work within a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our building envelope solutions. Your efforts support the continuous expansion of our technical resources and help shape new market strategies by evaluating regulatory landscapes and consumer preferences.
