The role is pivotal in supporting corporate, federal civilian, health, and defense market segments by sourcing professional-level talent for both funded and proposal requisitions. You will be responsible for managing sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all priorities and goals are met while building robust pipelines of both passive and active talent.
The day-to-day involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will identify candidates from numerous sources, write compelling job advertisements, and utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the hiring lifecycle. A key focus is on developing targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates and actively tracking recruiting activities to ensure full compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.
