About the Role
This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, dedicated to building accurate candidate profiles and executing advanced staffing strategies. The role is pivotal in supporting corporate, federal civilian, health, and defense market segments by sourcing professional-level talent for both funded and proposal requisitions. You will be responsible for managing sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all priorities and goals are met while building robust pipelines of both passive and active talent.
The day-to-day involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will identify candidates from numerous sources, write compelling job advertisements, and utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the hiring lifecycle. A key focus is on developing targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates and actively tracking recruiting activities to ensure full compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.

Compensation & Benefits
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market and internal value analysis, seniority, and merit systems. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
