This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, dedicated to building accurate candidate profiles and executing advanced staffing strategies. The role is pivotal in supporting corporate operations as well as federal civilian, health, and defense market segments by sourcing professional-level talent across both funded and proposal requisitions.
You will be responsible for managing sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all priorities and goals are met. A key focus of the day-to-day work involves developing targeted strategies to engage passive candidates, evaluating new sourcing tools, and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently manage the hiring lifecycle. The role requires a blend of professional recruiting functions and administrative oversight to identify, interview, and select qualified candidates while maintaining compliance with relevant hiring regulations, including OFCCP.
