This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, dedicated to building accurate candidate profiles and executing advanced staffing strategies. The role is pivotal in supporting corporate, federal civilian, health, and defense market segments by sourcing professional-level talent for both funded and proposal requisitions. You will be responsible for managing sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all priorities and goals are met while building robust pipelines of both passive and active talent.
The day-to-day involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will identify candidates from numerous sources, utilize the applicant tracking system to manage the hiring lifecycle, and perform essential functions such as writing advertisements, screening, qualifying candidates, and conducting reference checks. A key focus of the role is developing targeted sourcing strategies specifically designed to engage passive candidates, while also assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures.
