About the Role
Nakupuna Consulting is supporting a client in identifying a full-time Technical Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Navy ERP and technology modernization initiative. This role is critical for driving system transformation and ensuring the strategic execution of financial process enablement and IT systems support within the Department of Defense.
The ideal candidate will operate as a Subject Matter Specialist in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will serve as the primary liaison with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), overseeing all aspects of the task order from planning through execution. Your leadership will ensure alignment with DoD and Navy standards while integrating agile, SAP Activate, and S/4HANA best practices to deliver project objectives on time.
Work Environment & Requirements
This position requires a high degree of flexibility and readiness. While remote work is considered, the role demands availability for in-person support within 24 hours' notice in either Charleston, SC, or the National Capital Region. The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance.

Requirements
