In this role, you will provide dedicated support to Hyundai Translead, a leading manufacturer of dry and refrigerated van trailers, domestic containers, container chassis, and converter dollies for the North American transportation industry. Hyundai Translead is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company Korea, headquartered in San Diego, CA, with three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Tijuana, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop, implement, and maintain SAP SD, LE, MM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems
- check_circleResearch, troubleshoot, and mitigate transactional and other ERP issues
- check_circleConsult on existing ERP ECC continuous improvement and S4/HANA migration preparations
- check_circleUpdate and maintain all SAP ERP functional documentation
- check_circlePerform business systems and workflow analysis and disseminate technical communications
- check_circleDevelop architectural and process documentation for Sales ERP domain, BPM, and BPML
- check_circleDefine requirements, scope, and objectives and translate them into ERP solutions
- check_circleCollaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external consultants on initiatives
- check_circleConfigure functions and workflows to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
- check_circleCreate user guides, training curricula, policies, and relevant documentation
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- verified5+ years SAP ERP Module consulting experience
- verified5+ years SAP SD functional experience
- verified2+ years ABAP programming experience
- verifiedExperience with SAP S/4HANA Migration
- verifiedHands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience
- verifiedExperience in Business Process Re-engineering in manufacturing or logistics
- verifiedSAP ERP SD Module Certification preferred
