As a Technical Operator at IMF Studios, you will be the backbone of our production capabilities, performing day-to-day operational tasks across event spaces, meeting rooms, and studios. This on-site role is designed to support high-quality hybrid and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution for live productions, recorded content, and client meetings.
You will serve as a versatile control-room and floor support specialist, managing everything from graphics and playback to teleprompter operation and basic switching. In this position, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating strong judgment and communication skills while collaborating closely with Event Services planners and engineering teams. Your work ensures that broadcast-quality technical services are delivered across multiple disciplines, including video, audio, lighting, and connectivity.
As the industry rapidly evolves, you will stay current with tools in AI technical production support, leveraging generative AI for scale and speed in workflows while understanding the associated ethics and modalities. You will be expected to be a highly adaptable, quick learner who can translate complex technical concepts to teams and clients alike.
