About the Role
This position serves as a department resource, requiring a high level of technical knowledge and application to department testing, clinical relevance, and complex problem-solving. You will assist with department compliance regarding all pertinent laboratory accrediting agency and regulatory requirements, including CLIA '88, JCAHO, CAP, and OSHA. The role demands the ability to perform detailed work amidst frequent interruptions, multi-task, and assimilate instructions quickly while maintaining exceptional organizational skills and customer service standards.
