Our Technical Accounting Consulting (TAC) group is a close-knit, rapidly expanding team dedicated to assisting clients with complex accounting and financial reporting challenges. We specialize in revenue recognition (ASC Topic 606), lease accounting (ASC Topic 842), and other intricate US GAAP matters such as business combinations, variable interest entity consolidation, debt and equity instruments, and stock-based compensation. The team also leads significant projects related to audit and IPO readiness, offering ample room for growth and career development within a collaborative environment.
