About the Role
This position is for an Owner Operator (Team) specializing in refrigerated Over-The-Road (OTR) LTL freight. The role focuses on transporting goods with no driver load or unload responsibilities, allowing teams to focus entirely on driving.
Compensation & Schedule
Teams can expect an average gross pay of $12,000 per week, paid weekly, along with a paid fuel surcharge. The average mileage is 7,000 miles per week per team. The standard schedule involves being on the road for 7 days, with the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. Drivers are expected to be home at least two weekends per month.
Equipment Guidelines
There is no maximum age limit for the truck; however, overdimensional trucks are not permitted for this role.
Hiring Requirements
Candidates must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions, including (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Additionally, applicants must have at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience.
