About the Role
This position is for an Owner Operator Team specializing in refrigerated Over-The-Road (OTR) freight. The role focuses on LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) operations where drivers are responsible for driving but do not handle loading or unloading of cargo.
Compensation & Schedule
Teams can expect an average gross pay of $12,000 per week, paid weekly, along with a paid fuel surcharge. The average mileage is approximately 7,000 miles per week. The standard schedule involves being on the road for 7 days, with a requirement to be home for at least two weekends per month. Drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if they choose.
Equipment & Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions, including (L) or (Z) for Air Brakes, (G) for Night Driving, (O) for No Semi Trailer, or (K) for Intrastate Only. Teams must have at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience. There is no maximum age limit for the truck, provided it is not an overdimensional vehicle.
