About the Job
This opportunity is designed for Owner Operators working in teams to handle Over-The-Road (OTR) refrigerated freight. The role focuses on LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) operations where drivers are not required to perform load or unload duties, allowing them to focus on driving and settlement schedules.
Compensation and Schedule
Teams can expect an average gross pay of $12,000 per week, paid weekly, along with a paid fuel surcharge. The average mileage is approximately 7,000 miles per week per team. The schedule typically involves being out for 7 days, with a requirement to be home for at least two weekends per month. Drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if they choose.
Equipment and Hiring Requirements
We accept trucks of any age, though overdimensional trucks are not permitted. To qualify, applicants must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operation. Additionally, candidates must have at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience.
