About the Role
As an Owner Operator on our team, you will drive a significant portion of our freight network. This role is designed for drivers seeking consistent OTR opportunities with substantial weekly earnings, averaging between $4,000 and $10,000 gross per team. You can expect to cover 5,000 to 6,000 miles weekly, with paid fuel surcharges included in your compensation.
The position offers a flexible schedule where you are expected to be out for 5 days, though you have the autonomy to stay out longer if you choose. A key benefit of this role is the commitment to home time, ensuring you are home for at least three weekends per month. The work involves LTL freight with no driver load or unload duties, though tarping responsibilities account for approximately 25% of the job.
Equipment & Requirements
To join the team, you must hold a Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, candidates must possess at least 18 months of Tractor Trailer experience. While there is no maximum age limit for the truck, overdimensional trucks are not permitted in this program.
