At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives—a mission we've honed since 1859. We are a team of individuals from different cultures and backgrounds, believing that these differences make us stronger as a team and a force for good in our communities.
We are America's first fully Agile financial services company. We are creating an environment where cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams work independently under clear strategic guidelines, applying Agile working methods to implement their missions. This promotes a culture where team members are actively engaged and learning every day.
The Innovation and Design Office is dedicated to increasing the metabolism of the enterprise by fundamentally changing the way we think, work, and lead as an organization. This includes guiding and executing Equitable's end-to-end approach to learning, development, talent strategy, innovation strategy, and process improvement, leveraging Equitable's New Ways of Working (NWOW).
You will join the Talent Strategy & Programming Team within the Innovation & Design Office. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive, fit-for-purpose, data-driven talent lifecycle strategy built from first principles. You will deliver fresh programming that targets the right talent with the right opportunities at the right times.
You will partner with senior stakeholders to problem-solve, design, and develop measurable, impactful data-driven solutions. To succeed, you must be able to work independently while collaborating with and leading others, thriving in an ambiguous environment with a relentless focus on outcomes. You will be a builder, low-ego and energized by the challenges of creating new things.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining flexibility with team collaboration through an on-site presence of 2–3 days per week. You will be working in a high-profile, dynamic environment, often supporting various projects simultaneously.
