The Team Member position is the face of the restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to maintain operational standards. Operating under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, this role serves as a vital link between the field operations team and our guests.
You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them with a smile and managing the flow of orders from the front counter to the drive-thru. Your day involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including processing payments, verifying order accuracy, and preparing food and drink products. You will utilize suggestive-selling techniques to enhance the guest experience while ensuring the dining room, kitchen, and exterior grounds remain clean and safe.
This role requires flexibility, as you will perform duties at multiple workstations, including the front counter, prep boards, and expediter stations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with peers to resolve issues, maintain health and safety standards, and achieve team goals. Prompt attendance and adherence to uniform and grooming policies are essential to keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
