About the Team

Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is a designated organ procurement organization (OPO) within the state of Tennessee and a proud member of the DCI Donor Services family. For over four decades, DCI has been a leader in the mission to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach to service facilitates nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining deep, close ties to our local communities.

DCI Donor Services operates organ procurement and tissue recovery organizations, including Sierra Donor Services and Tennessee Donor Services, with operations spanning California, New Mexico, and Tennessee. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank. Our performance is measured by the way we serve donor families and recipients; fulfilling this mission is our ultimate goal.

We are deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through our employee-led strategy team, we ensure that all communities feel welcome and safe, striving to be a model for fairness, belonging, and forward thinking.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Surgical Recovery Coordinator - Team Lead for the Nashville region to join our life-saving mission. This position requires a professional who embraces the critical nature of this work and is ready to lead a team dedicated to saving lives.

Hiring Process
