We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Surgical Recovery Coordinator - Team Lead for the Nashville region to join our life-saving mission. This role is pivotal in overseeing surgical-related activities concerning the allocation, distribution, surgical removal, and preservation of organs recovered for research and transplantation.
As a Team Lead, you will coordinate the call schedule and provide comprehensive oversight for the orientation and ongoing training of staff regarding preservation protocols for both the Nashville and Jackson areas. You will serve as a key resource for education and in-services, collaborating with Hospital Development to support donor hospitals. Your day-to-day involves ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, managing materials and sterile supplies, and driving quality improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and process reviews. This position requires a professional who embraces the critical nature of this work and is ready to lead a team dedicated to saving lives.
