About the Role
As a Team Lead (Store Manager), you are the leader of our Scoop Shop operations. You will manage all functions of the store, from hiring and training to scheduling, inventory, and customer service. Your job is to ensure all daily operational tasks are completed by completing them yourself and assigning them to Team Members as needed. You will work alongside Scoopers and Shift Leads, serving and engaging with customers to diligently provide amazing experiences for both our guests and our team.
You will lead by example, course-correcting and coaching your team when needed. A key part of your role is developing our team members to grow within their positions, earn promotions, and develop new skills. You are expected to work 40 hours a week, up to 45 hours during peak weeks or special events. The entire MELT team is committed to the excellent quality of our products and the excellence in service to our guests.
