About the Role
As a Team Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our daily store execution. Reporting primarily to the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the front end, coach associates on service standards, and serve as the Manager-on-Duty when assigned. Your goal is to "WOW Every Customer, Every Time" while upholding our Core Values. You will set the tone for the shift as a calm, respectful leader, ensuring associates feel supported and expectations are clear.
