About the Team

Since 1960, Benchmark Human Services has been a respected leader in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. We empower marginalized populations to see their potential, working with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community. Our mission is to realize the full potential of everyone we serve, our partners, and our employees. We actively strive to be a workplace that honors unique experiences, believing we are stronger and more effective when we are diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

About the Role

Join our Birth to Three early intervention program as a Team Lead. This role is designed for a licensed professional (DT, OT, PT, SLP, LCSW, or BCBA) with experience in supervision, training, and supporting direct service providers. You will help babies and toddlers with disabilities or delays learn new skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

In this position, you will carry a caseload providing services to families while simultaneously leading a team. Your day will involve coaching direct service providers, coordinating twice-monthly team meetings, and ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. You will foster a positive learning environment by developing rapport with children and families, utilizing research-based strategies, and collaborating with leadership to complete compliance initiatives. This role requires working with little direct supervision to manage timelines and ensure consistency across the catchment area.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates can apply online at BenchmarkHS.com/Careers. Candidates selected for hire will be required to complete a background check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

Equal Opportunity

Benchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer. Veterans, women, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply. We are committed to creating space for everyone to be their authentic selves.
