Join our Birth to Three early intervention program as a Team Lead. This role is designed for a licensed professional (DT, OT, PT, SLP, LCSW, or BCBA) with experience in supervision, training, and supporting direct service providers. You will help babies and toddlers with disabilities or delays learn new skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.
In this position, you will carry a caseload providing services to families while simultaneously leading a team. Your day will involve coaching direct service providers, coordinating twice-monthly team meetings, and ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. You will foster a positive learning environment by developing rapport with children and families, utilizing research-based strategies, and collaborating with leadership to complete compliance initiatives. This role requires working with little direct supervision to manage timelines and ensure consistency across the catchment area.
