As a member of our Seasonal Therapy staff, you will provide exceptional patient care during our busiest periods. This role is designed for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists with at least two years of recent experience who are ready to make a difference. You will examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses and treatment plans. Your work will focus on alleviating functional limitations, reducing injury risks, and promoting fitness and wellness for populations of all ages.
Success in this position requires critical thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to professional behavior. You will be engaged in administration, consultation, education, and research, adapting to the dynamic needs of our patients and departments.
We are currently hiring qualified professionals for our Seasonal Therapy Program. Lee Health offers competitive pay rates and attractive hiring incentives for those ready to join the team. Staff may be required to rotate to treatment areas other than their primary designation, such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, Rehab Hospitals, or Pediatrics, as requested by department leaders. Please note that rotations to regulated areas may require a Level 2 Background Screening.
