Melt exists to serve happy ICE CREAM, one scoop at a time. Founded in Fort Worth in 2014, we are a premium local creamery known for scratch-made ice creams, housemade inclusions, and creative flavor innovation. We don't just sell ice cream; we create the best five minutes of someone's day. With five DFW scoop shops, a commissary kitchen (The Joy Factory), a catering team, and a small wholesale presence, our mission is to prove that treats can change your day—and your day can change the world.
As a Scoop Shop Team Lead, you are the heartbeat of your location. This is not just a management position; it is full ownership of your shop's people, performance, and hospitality standards. You are the culture carrier, the operational driver, and the example every shift.
You will work alongside your Scoopers and Shift Leads, serving and engaging with customers while focusing on developing your team members to grow within their positions, earn promotions, and develop new skills. Your day involves leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while running a disciplined, profitable, and beautifully executed operation. From hiring and training to scheduling and inventory management, you own the full performance of your Scoop Shop—people, profitability, product quality, and guest experience.
We are looking for self-driven, ambitious individuals who are people-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for people and a happy, upbeat attitude, we want to hear from you. Please apply directly to join our growing team.
Melt is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We believe in creating a culture where everyone can thrive.
