About the Role
You will operate a Dry Van on a regional, dedicated line-haul route. The position features 100% drop-and-hook freight, meaning there is no driver load or unload required. You will drive modern equipment equipped with an APU, microwave, and refrigerator. The route averages 5,500 to 6,000 miles per week with a split pay rate of $0.80 CPM.
Home Time & Schedule
This role offers a predictable schedule with 6 expected days out on the road. Drivers receive one day of home time for every 6 days worked, ensuring you are home every weekend. If you prefer to stay out longer, you have the flexibility to do so.
Benefits & Compensation
As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation averaging $2,300 to $2,400 per week per team. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with a company match. Paid vacation is also provided, along with per diem pay.
Orientation Details
We offer paid orientation for new hires. During this period, drivers are provided their own room, but accommodation costs, meals, and travel expenses are not covered by the company.
