About the Team
XPO operates a dedicated over-the-road network designed exclusively for driver teams. Our mission is to provide a seamless logistics experience by running freight between XPO facilities, eliminating the frustrations of customer-site waiting times through our extensive no-touch, in-house system.
About the Role
As an XPO Team, you will operate dedicated routes between our facilities in new sleeper trucks equipped with modern amenities like microwaves and refrigerators. This role is designed for drivers who value the freedom of over-the-road travel combined with the stability of a structured schedule.
A typical work week consists of 4-5 days on the road followed by 2 days at home. You will benefit from access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations and shops, ensuring minimal delays. While the schedule is consistent, it may occasionally vary based on network conditions.
