This position serves as a dedicated educator focused on providing accelerated instruction in reading and/or mathematics to students who are at risk of not meeting grade-level expectations. The role exists to bridge the gap between current student performance and academic standards by utilizing data-driven intervention strategies.
In this capacity, you will partner with classroom teachers to analyze assessment data and design targeted instructional plans. Your day involves administering diagnostic instruments, interpreting results to identify specific learning needs, and delivering high-quality intervention to small or large groups. Beyond direct instruction, you will foster a supportive classroom environment that addresses the physical, social, and emotional development of at-risk students while maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, families, and the community.
