Futures start here. At KinderCare Learning Companies, the first and only early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, we build confidence for kids, families, and the future we share. We operate research-backed, accredited, and customizable programs in more than 2,000 sites across 40 states and the District of Columbia. As we expand, we are matching the needs of diverse communities from coast to coast, ensuring every family deserves access to high-quality child care.
When you join our Champions team, you will support hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, right on school grounds. Whether you are partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district or buddying up with students to aim higher and think bigger, you will be leading the way toward inspired learning. In this Teacher role, you will model behaviors, mentor less experienced staff, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will partner with parents and center leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement, cultivating positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, and community partners.
We believe every family deserves access to high-quality child care, no matter who they are or where they live. Every day, you will help bring this mission to life by building community and delivering exceptional experiences. If you are anything like us, you will come for the work, and stay for the people. We are here to help our employees navigate the integration of work and life, offering support that extends to your whole family.
