Futures start here. As the first and only early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, we offer a variety of early education and child care options for families. Whether through KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions, or Crème de la Crème, we build confidence for kids, families, and the future we share. We operate research-backed, accredited, and customizable programs in more than 2,000 sites across 40 states and the District of Columbia. Because we believe every family deserves access to high-quality child care, no matter who they are or where they live, we are dedicated to matching the needs of diverse communities from coast to coast.
When you join Champions, you will be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. As a Lead Teacher, you will be the bridge between inspired learning and the daily needs of our students. Whether you are partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district or buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, you will be leading the way.
This role is about more than just supervision; it is about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will model behaviors for less experienced teachers, implement curriculum consistent with each child's unique needs, and cultivate positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, and community partners. You will support your center's success by achieving goals around enrollment and engagement, ensuring that every day brings exceptional experiences that build community.
We operate in dynamic work environments where you will help bring our mission to life. If you are anything like us, you will come for the work, and stay for the people. We are here to help our employees navigate the integration of work and life, offering a supportive culture where your whole family is valued.
