When you join Champions, you will be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. Whether you are partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district or buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, you will be leading the way toward inspired learning. As a Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while modeling behaviors and providing feedback to less experienced staff. You will partner with parents, center leadership, and community contacts to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
