About the Role
When you join Champions, you'll be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. Whether you're partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district, or buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, you'll be leading the way toward inspired learning.
As a Teacher, you will be the heart of the classroom, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will model behaviors, mentor less experienced teachers, and implement our curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. Your role extends beyond the classroom walls; you will partner with parents, center staff, state licensing authorities, and community contacts to ensure the best care and education for the children in your care.
