About the Role

The Washington Elementary School District seeks a dedicated educator to provide quality instruction within a flexible classroom environment. This role is designed to diagnose learning needs, create engaging learning activities, and utilize assessments to monitor student progress. The incumbent will foster personal growth, motivating pupils to develop the essential skills, attitudes, and knowledge required for success.

As a key member of the school community, you will teach district-approved curriculum and Arizona State standards while instructing students in citizenship and basic subject matter. The position involves developing lesson plans, providing individualized instruction, and incorporating technology to enhance the learning experience. You will also establish and maintain standards of student behavior to ensure a safe, effective, and engaging atmosphere for all students.
