The Senior Tax Manager serves as a primary client contact and strategic advisor for business clients with pass-through entities and their business owners. In this role, you will provide high-level tax planning, consulting, and compliance services, ensuring clients comply with all applicable authorities while minimizing their tax and reporting burdens.
You will manage client engagements end-to-end, supervising and reviewing the work of associates and senior associates while fostering a collaborative environment. Your day-to-day involves conducting top-level reviews of tax returns, resolving complex tax issues, and leveraging firm specialists where appropriate. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a career advisor and trainer for your team, helping to build a group of professionals capable of serving high-net-worth clients with timely, insightful responses. You will also drive strategy development by introducing new ideas to improve client positions and firm processes, ensuring we deliver value through innovation and resilience.
