As a Core Tax Services Senior Manager, you will serve as a critical member of the office and region leadership team. In this role, you will advise clients on the tax implications of their business objectives, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burdens and compliance costs. You will act as the primary client contact for complex tax issues, applying your knowledge to recognize potential risks, communicate changes in tax policy, and make top-level decisions regarding filing, preparation, and resolution of inquiries from federal and state agencies.
Beyond technical expertise, you will actively participate in marketing, networking, and business development within your area of specialization. You will manage client expectations, resolve tax issues at the highest level, and mentor associates and senior associates, acting as a career advisor while supervising project workloads. This position offers the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of technical and practical tax issues while leading the implementation of efficient methods to maximize client benefits.
