About the Role

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a confident, highly organized Tax Scheduling Coordinator to own and drive the scheduling function for the Tax department. This is not a purely administrative role — it is a coordination and accountability function that sits at the center of how the department manages its people, workload, and utilization. The right candidate will monitor capacity daily, facilitate cross-group work assignment, hold managers to staffing commitments, and serve as a neutral and trusted resource for Partners, Managers, and staff alike.

The ideal candidate is process-oriented, relationship-savvy, and comfortable engaging in direct conversations with senior stakeholders when scheduling decisions need to be upheld.

You will be a visible and important presence across the Tax department, and your effectiveness will directly impact how well the team is staffed, how efficiently work moves, and how supported managers and staff feel.
