The Commercial Relationship Manager I-III (CRM) serves as a trusted advisor to clients, developing and managing business checking, deposit, and lending relationships. Depending on experience and level, you will support commercial lending activities, independently manage a portfolio, or lead more complex commercial transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of equipment, commercial real estate, and business loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies.
You will act as a bridge between the Bank and the community, representing FFB in various civic and community reinvestment functions to enhance our image and develop additional business. This position offers the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives through participation in multiple incentive plans, in addition to base compensation.
