About the Role

The Compliance/Fraud Analyst is an entry-level to early-career position designed for individuals eager to launch a career in financial institution compliance, risk management, or audit. This role serves as the backbone of our compliance management program, providing essential support in regulatory monitoring, policy reviews, and operational oversight.

In this position, you will work closely with various departments across the organization, including Branch Operations, Lending, Digital Services, and Information Security. Your day-to-day activities will involve monitoring fraud alert queues, reviewing suspicious activity notifications, and assisting with investigations into potential account takeovers or policy exceptions. You will also support audit preparations, maintain compliance logs, and help ensure that our member-facing materials adhere to regulations such as Reg E, Reg Z, and BSA/AML requirements.

This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in the credit union industry. The role offers significant growth potential within compliance, risk management, and fraud prevention functions, with ongoing training and professional development opportunities available to support your career advancement.

Work Environment & Location

This position is based on-site with hybrid flexibility determined by departmental needs and performance. You will work in an office environment that requires regular interaction with multiple departments and members. The role involves extended periods of computer work, occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds, and the ability to manage changing priorities and interruptions.

Requirements
