Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage complex impound and abandoned vehicle accounts ensuring timely resolution and legal compliance
- check_circleHandle replevin accounts with thorough understanding of state-specific legal requirements
- check_circleMonitor and enforce compliance with the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act including account coding and audit readiness
- check_circleCollaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve escalated servicing issues
- check_circleContribute to workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- check_circleLead exception reporting efforts for letter failures and system errors recommending corrective actions
- check_circleProcess and resolve deceased borrower accounts coordinating with legal and external stakeholders
- check_circleGenerate and validate compliance letters such as Right to Cure, Notice of Intent, and Application of Proceeds
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma / GED required
- verifiedMinimum 2-3 years of experience in auto finance, collections, default servicing, or consumer lending
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States
- verifiedLive within commutable distance to Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and document management systems
- verifiedKnowledge of consumer lending regulations and loss mitigation practices
Nice to Have
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SCRA, AOP, and state-specific RTC and NOI laws. Experience with vendor coordination and third-party invoice processing. Familiarity with Salesforce or other servicing platforms.
