About the Opportunity

Our client is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team in Hoover, AL. This on-site role offers an excellent opportunity to support the accounting department while developing your accounting career within a professional environment.

The Role

As the Office Manager, you will serve as a vital support pillar for the accounting team. Your day-to-day will involve performing various financial tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth operation of office administration. You will act as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with auditors and managing sensitive financial data with discretion. This position is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills who thrives in a structured, team-oriented setting.

Requirements
