Northrop Grumman is seeking a Payroll Assistant 3 candidate for our Irving, Texas location. This position serves as a vital support function within our payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in every cycle. You will be the point of contact for resolving audit findings, validating supplemental pay requests, and responding to customer inquiries regarding deductions, calculations, and compensation changes. The role requires a blend of analytical research, customer service excellence, and technical proficiency to maintain the integrity of our payroll processes.
