With offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as Nogales, Phoenix, and Tucson, Arizona, we provide comprehensive accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services to domestic and international businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs.
Our Tax team is growing, and we are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Tax Relationship Manager to join us. This role is central to our mission of cultivating strong client partnerships while driving business growth.
About the Role
The Tax Relationship Manager is an external and internal-facing position designed to bridge the gap between technical tax expertise and strategic client management. You will not only manage and grow existing and new client relationships but also serve as a mentor to staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
In this role, you will represent the company with confidence and professionalism at external events, community gatherings, and client meetings. A key part of your day-to-day involves strengthening relationships through regular contact, including lunches, dinners, and activities, while ensuring seamless transitions of new client relationships as part of our succession planning. You will also commit to at least 15 hours per month of community involvement, including participation on at least one community board or committee outside of the firm, reflecting our deep commitment to the local community.
