We are a well-established, highly profitable regional CPA firm seeking to expand our leadership team. With two partners retiring soon, we are creating a unique opportunity for a Tax Partner to join our growing staff and help run the practice, specifically managing our Bremerton office.

About the Role

This is a direct-entry Partner position designed for a leader who can quickly step into a practice management role. We are looking for someone who can balance significant client management with the development of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess considerable experience in managing clients, staff, and a practice, with a specific preference for significant trust and estate tax experience.

You will serve as a key leader in the firm, responsible for the functional areas of accounting, taxes, and management advisory services. Beyond technical oversight, including reviewing and signing off on tax returns, you will play a vital role in the firm's culture by recruiting talent, establishing training programs, and counseling staff on professional development and grievances. Your focus will be on promoting efficient operations, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability through practice development efforts.
