The Ag CAS Accounting Manager serves as a leader within our Agricultural Client Accounting Services (CAS) department, tasked with managing various aspects of engagement responsibilities for our A-level clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with high-level client contacts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to a variety of industries.
In this position, you will take ownership of internal firm initiatives and help leadership develop and implement best practices to leverage across our client base. The role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional with a passion for client service and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will have the chance to expand your professional knowledge by working across multiple lines of service and contributing to the department's growth.
While a 40-hour work week is typically expected year-round, there are occasions where extended hours or weekend work may be required, particularly during peak periods. The role rewards efficiency and productivity. Our offices operate from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during tax season, closing at noon on Fridays outside of tax season. We are closed on major holidays.
