The Ag CAS Accounting Manager role is designed for an ambitious, detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for client service and an entrepreneurial spirit. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with A-level client contacts, gain exposure to a variety of industries, and collaborate within a fast-paced environment. Beyond managing engagements, you will help firm leadership develop and implement best practices to leverage across clients and position the department for growth. The role also provides the chance to work across multiple Adams Brown lines of service, expanding your professional knowledge.
Adams Brown promotes a flexible work environment with a deep commitment to technology and modern work arrangements. While a 40-hour work week is typically expected year-round, there are occasions for extended hours and weekends, particularly during tax season. Our offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during tax season, closing at noon on Fridays outside of tax season. We are closed on major holidays and offer a culture of growth, clarity, and respect.
