About the Role
We are seeking a Tax Partner to lead and expand our Louisville Tax Practice. In this role, you will guide client service teams and manage complex tax engagements for middle-market corporate and pass-through clients, with a particular emphasis on industrial manufacturing and distribution sectors. You will also provide specialized guidance for Real Estate clients when applicable.
Beyond technical oversight of C-corp, S-corp, multi-state, and partnership tax matters, this position is pivotal for developing the next generation of tax professionals. You will coach and mentor managers and staff, enhancing their technical and professional growth. Success in this role requires a "trusted advisor" mindset, ensuring exceptional client service while leveraging your established network to drive business development and strategic relationships within the Louisville business community.
