About the Role

As a Tax Partner specializing in Regulatory Compliance and Investigations (RCI), you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries. In this capacity, you will lead and manage complex engagements, ranging from internal investigations and regulatory responses to fraud risk assessments and the development of robust compliance programs. Your expertise will be critical in navigating evolving regulatory environments and government enforcement trends, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet strict deadlines and client expectations.

Beyond technical execution, this role is pivotal in driving the firm's growth. You will actively cultivate long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities through networking and thought leadership, and collaborate with firm leadership to shape go-to-market strategies. A key component of your success involves leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of consultants and senior professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in diversity, integrity, and innovation.

Hiring Process

Candidates for this position are expected to possess a CPA, JD, or CFE certification, along with over 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, forensic accounting, or investigations. Prior experience working within government agencies is a mandatory requirement for this role.
