About the Role
The Global Income Tax Accounting Leader serves as the primary technical authority for income tax accounting within our Finance Department. Based in Wilmington, DE, this hybrid role (three days in-office) is designed to lead the company's global income tax accounting and reporting process under U.S. GAAP (ASC 740).
In this position, you will provide strategic leadership across global tax reporting activities while managing the day-to-day execution of the quarterly and annual income tax provision. You will partner closely with U.S. compliance, planning, treasury, FP&A, controllership, and external auditors to evaluate the tax accounting impact of business initiatives, legislative changes, and complex transactions. Beyond technical execution, you will directly manage a small global tax accounting team and provide functional leadership across a broader group of stakeholders involved in the provision process.
