Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain current knowledge of local, state, and federal tax practices and laws
- check_circleDelegate work efforts, set goals, and schedule deadlines to meet client delivery expectations
- check_circleManage client relationships and act as liaison to resolve issues and identify additional services
- check_circleAssist with managing client engagement staffing, billings, collections, and profitability targets
- check_circleReview and analyze accounting records to provide consultation and business advice
- check_circleMentor and develop team members by coaching their technical and professional skills
- check_circleOversee accounting, bookkeeping, and prepared or compiled financial statements for clients
- check_circleLead and plan client engagements while evaluating processes for efficiency and internal controls
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in accounting
- verifiedMaster's or advanced degree in accounting
- verifiedCPA, EA, or JD required
- verified5+ years of federal and state tax compliance, accounting, and advisory experience
- verified2+ years of supervisory experience
- verifiedEligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
