About the Role
Join our Portland office as a Tax Manager to serve as a valued advisor for small business clients. This role is designed for those who thrive as trusted business partners, working side-by-side with firm leadership to deliver tax compliance, accounting, and strategic advisory services. You will not only manage complex client engagements but also act as a coach to a group of talented staff, fostering their technical and professional growth through our "Care and Teach" philosophy.

Requirements
