About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Accountant will serve as a vital part of a team providing accounting services to various clients. This role exists to deliver exceptional client support and strategic accounting advice in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.
You will work with other practitioners who value integrity and servant leadership. The day-to-day involves consulting with clients on internal accounting transactions, processing payroll and tax returns, and handling general bookkeeping functions. You will manage account and bank reconciliations, compile journal entries, and prepare financial statements. Beyond technical execution, you will develop productive working relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and build credibility through positive insight and business acumen.
This position offers the chance to grow both personally and professionally. You will engage in on-the-job coaching, seeking and offering mentorship to develop yourself and others. Whether working virtually or in a hybrid field setting, you will collaborate across the firm to solve complex business challenges and drive results.
