In this position, you will review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns while preparing highly complex filings as needed. Your role involves fostering meaningful client relationships, addressing tax issues, and coordinating related entity filings. You will perform detailed reviews to ensure high-quality work, analyze organizational structures for tax impacts, and prepare estimated tax liabilities with a focus on strategic tax planning.
Beyond technical execution, you will supervise, train, and mentor team members, conducting regular performance reviews. You will research and document complex tax issues, presenting guidance and solutions to clients and other professionals involved in the client relationship. Success in this role requires managing engagements, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while staying updated on tax laws and best practices.
