About the Role
As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will work from a new TurboTax location across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity is designed to grow TurboTax's client base while establishing long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty. You will serve as the public face of TurboTax in your community, leveraging marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the people you serve.
Your day-to-day involves serving customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and calculations, connecting with clients on a personal level to alleviate the stress often associated with tax season. By understanding each customer's unique situation, you will help them overcome tax-related challenges and turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
