About the Team and Mission
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. This role is a unique opportunity that combines tax expertise, an entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
In this seasonal, on-site position, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base within the local community. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and your community, establishing long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty.
About the Role
As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. Your focus will be on bringing in new customers and providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. You will act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally as a public face of the brand.
Your day-to-day involves engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach. You will lead local events, participate in local marketing, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable. By utilizing resources such as government websites and professional tools, you will deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized, everyday language.
A critical part of this role is delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will create an exceptional environment through professionalism and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals, such as saving for retirement, college funds, or vacations. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is essential to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes, turning one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
